These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NexTrip platform (“Platform”). By using NexTrip, you agree to these Terms.
NexTrip operates a technology platform that enables riders, drivers, and other platform users to connect and conduct transportation-related transactions. Where required, NexTrip intends to comply with applicable transportation network company, transportation marketplace, insurance, registration, fee, safety, and operating requirements. NexTrip does not itself provide transportation services, does not employ drivers, does not buy transportation services from drivers for resale, and does not control a driver’s schedule, route availability, or pricing decisions.
Drivers use the Platform to offer services directly to riders or customers. Any transportation or delivery arrangement is between the applicable rider or customer and the driver. NexTrip provides tools that may help users connect, communicate, navigate, arrange payment, and complete transactions through the Platform. NexTrip may collect a commission or service fee for use of the Platform.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
NexTrip may use third-party services to verify driver credentials but does not guarantee their accuracy or ongoing validity.
Payments between riders, customers, and drivers are facilitated through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. The payment processor may allocate amounts owed to drivers and amounts owed to NexTrip, including NexTrip’s commission or service fee and applicable processing fees. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable fare, fee, cancellation, refund, and payment terms presented in the Platform. Tax reporting for driver payments may be handled by the payment processor where applicable.
Drivers are independent platform users who contract directly with riders or customers. Drivers are not employees, agents, or independent contractors of NexTrip. NexTrip does not direct or control the manner in which drivers provide transportation or delivery services.
Users may not misuse the Platform, violate laws, interfere with services, provide false information, submit fraudulent documents, harass or threaten other users, abuse payment or refund processes, or attempt to bypass Platform safety, verification, or payment systems.
The Platform is provided “as is.” NexTrip makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability of services arranged through the Platform.
NexTrip may provide navigation, communication, payment, identity, document review, background-check, music preference, and other tools through the Platform, including tools provided by third parties. These tools are provided to support user transactions and do not make NexTrip the provider of transportation or delivery services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
NexTrip may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
